Danny came to our house in the middle of our "refreshing" project. So the house was really a mess. Few weeks later, we had our open house. Had an offer even a few days before that. That next Monday we agreed on an offer $15,000 more that our asking price. We just closed last week. As soon as we gave him the key to drive the process, we have been just sitting back. We trusted him and his partner Christina and they did not disappoint. We are happy of how everything turned out. There were a few hiccups along the way, not on our end, but they were on top of it.
